L'il Sages provides two options to support you and your family. If you are interested in both or either, please click on the Get A Quote button to help us better understand what you need.
Ongoing or Permanent Care
This is for families who know their schedules and can plan in advance. This could be for full days or for bus drop-off/pick-up. L'il Sages will provide consistent care that you can count on. You are guaranteed a L'il Sages backup nanny if your nanny takes vacation or calls in sick
Adapta-care / Babysitting
This is for last minute or one-off needs. That can be anything from your child is sick, but you still have to work to school is closed for a day to you need a night on the town. Whatever the situation, L'il Sages has you covered!
Our process for both plans begin with filling out a form so that L'il Sages can get a preliminary understanding of your needs, as well as your overall family dynamic and vibe. We will then reach out to get more in-depth information. This helps us place the very best nanny or babysitter with your family. We will be there for you on the first day to make a smooth introduction. But, it won't stop there. We will continue to check in with you to make sure you are happy with our services.
Our Process
Our goal is to find the best nanny to meet your ongoing needs. Here is our process to make the perfect match.
Step 1 - Phone Call
It starts with a phone call to get information on the overall childcare needs.
Step 2 - Pricing
Based on the info from Step 1, a price quote / proposal is generated for family's review.
Step 3 - Agreement
After price negotiation, a more robust service agreement is issued to the family for perusal.
Step 4 - In Person Meeting
Brooke (owner) will meet in person with families to answer any more questions/provide more information.
Step 5 - Meet the Nanny
Family (with or without kids), Brooke and the Nanny meet in person to get to know each other better.
Day 1 - Nanny to the Rescue!
Your new Nanny will arrive and quickly become part of the family!!!
